Research Analyst Internship Program

Duration:              4-6 months

Norden Impact runs an ongoing research analyst internship program for young graduates and professionals who want exposure to the sustainability industry. Responsibilities range from research to content production to event coordination depending on the candidate's area of focus.
 

Typical areas of focus:

  • Conduct research and analysis on potential sustainability solutions in the world.

  • Publishing white papers and research roadmaps for Industrial implementation.

  • Dialogue and Discovery with Experts, Impact Partners, and Industry Influencers.

  • Participate in the research peer review process.

  • Participate in and contribute to team processes focused on strengthening our Norden Impact offerings.


 

Successful interns are:

  • Purpose-driven and passionate about sustainable business.

  • Excellent attention to detail, and a methodical and thorough approach to the task at hand

  • Ability to work towards deadlines, manage tasks and prioritize.

  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to motivate and maintain a positive and collaborative working environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently and as a member of the international remotely based team.

  • Tech-savvy

  • Available 10-15 hours per week on average.

As an intern at Norden Impact, you are part of the Norden Impact team. You will be assigned a main contact person, receive an onboarding with an introduction to the rest of the team, a check-in evaluation halfway through the internship, and coaching upon request. After completion of the internship, Norden Impact will issue an internship certificate.

Our team is mainly remote, but we meet in person in Gothenburg / Stockholm once a month, at our co-working spaces.
